Inspection and Acceptance:

By purchasing products and/or services from the Site, you agree to be bound by and accept this Agreement. Orders are not considered complete until accepted by STRIKETACT. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and to cancel any sales transaction prior to shipment. Once an order is canceled by the system, a refund will be initiated. STRIKETACT will confirm its acceptance of the order by sending a confirmation email or by shipping the ordered items to you.

MRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) is used as a benchmark for comparing our pricing to other retailers. We may sell products below MRP, and MRP may not always be available for all products.

Payment Terms - Orders:

Shipping - Taxes and Ownership:

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipped to different addresses may undergo extended verification. All items purchased from STRIKETACT are manufactured under a contract of carriage, meaning the risk of loss and ownership pass to you once the items are delivered to the carrier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STRIKETACT expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or not legally binding for any particular purpose, title, or non-infringement of third-party rights. You may purchase additional warranty coverage by subscribing to our Premium Warranty Plan.

We will match the price and offer an additional 10% off the difference. If you've already made a purchase and discover a lower advertised price within 10 days, just reach out to us, and we'll refund the difference after verifying the claim.

Return Process Terms and Conditions:

1.Returns are accepted only within 15 days of delivery.
2.We will not accept returns without a completed return form.
3.All returned products must be in their original packaging, include the user manual and warranty card, and show no signs of wear or misuse.
4.Please include a copy of the invoice with your returned item. If you don't have a copy, contact STRIKE TACT Customer Support for assistance with your invoice.

 

Out of stock items:


We generally maintain inventory for 75% of our products, though occasional stock shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated restock date. If the restock time exceeds 15 business days, we will automatically issue a full refund and place your order on hold. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. If your order contains multiple products, we can ship the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items at no additional cost when they become available.

 

Limitation of Liability:

STRIKE TACT is not responsible for any remedies beyond those specified here, including any liability for failure to use the product or any loss or corruption of data or software, or for service and support issues. STRIKE TACT will not be liable for lost profits, business interruptions, or any other consequential, special, indirect, or statutory damages, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that STRIKE TACT's liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the product or service that caused the liability. Some states may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
